SOZA : The BIG Decision

Hello.
1. I am NOT a writer whatsoever. There will be many grammatical errors throughout this blog and I'm completely OK with that.
2. I am 23.......Female........ 5'5"...........184 lbs........< NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.....and my name is Megan.
3. This blog will have real pictures no filters. I don't want things to look easier or better than they are :)

Ok! Now I can start. I guess you could say that I have always been "medically overweight" but honestly most people are. I have dieted and worked for a few weeks here and there to lose a few pounds for certain events, but gained the weight back within the next few weeks. I will share a few pictures of myself within the past couple of years. enjoy.

September 2013 (in the blue dress) at my highest weight... :(

So yes I'm bigger than most of my friends by several pants sizes but I honestly have never felt FAT. I mean a little unhappy about weight on and off but I have never felt like I do now. I feel chubby, uncomfortable in everything except a t-shirt and nike running shorts.
I have recently graduated from college and have chosen to work from home so I don't have to go into public. I don't want people to judge me. YEAHH. My weight gain of about 20-30 lbs has forced me to stay inside and fear going anywhere ESPECIALLY ALONE. And on top of that I am getting married in 65 days!!!!!!!

My decision to participate in Soza was made quick. My future MIL has been on it for a month and a few weeks and has lost over 20 lbs. She told me about it and what the "rules" were. I was interested but not totally sold. When she told me it costs almost $500 to start the 60 day program I was SOLD. I had to do something and paying someone to help is perfect..... seriously I have to do it or I lose out on $500. So I went to the consultation and signed up. Soza is really strict on foods (alot of vegetables) and you have to go to your Soza clinic each week to weigh in. It will be challenging but I am up for it!!! Wish me luck and happy weight loss.
